We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the AI assistant features
  • Draft emails and manage your calendar on your behalf
  • Learn your preferences for better personalization
  • Send important service updates
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse

3. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use secure OAuth authentication—we never see or store your Google password.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI providers: To process requests (data is not stored by them)
  • Infrastructure providers: Secure cloud hosting
  • Legal requirements: If required by law

5. Your Control

You have full control over your data:

  • Access permissions: Choose what Chonix can access
  • Action permissions: Draft only, or auto-send/schedule
  • Disconnect: Revoke access anytime from Settings
  • Data deletion: Request deletion of all your data

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you disconnect or delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (like Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

8. Children's Privacy

Chonix is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
