Chonix is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps manage email, calendar, and calls. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change without notice.

3. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. AI-Generated Content

Chonix uses AI to draft emails, schedule meetings, and handle calls. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is sent. We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated communications.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
